Family Music For Babies

Mondays @ 10:15 am
Classes meet for 30 minutes / 15 weeks.

All babies are born with an aptitude for music, but research shows that music aptitude diminishes if it is not nurtured. Come join other mothers and babies as they sing, dance, and make music together. (Ages 0-16 months)


Family Music For Toddlers

Musical play for toddler and parent; a fun-filled introduction to music, including songs, instruments, and movement activities.
(Ages 14 months - 3 1/2 years)

Introducing musical concepts while exploring the ever-changing natural world. Activities include singing, instrument playing, stories to act out, dancing, and musical games.

Music Makers Year 1
“At Home”

Mondays @ 4:00 pm
Classes meet for 60 minutes / 15 weeks.

A sequential program where children learn to read and write music through song, dance, and instrument exploration. The importance of ensemble music making, orchestral instruments, and musical composition will be emphasized.

Music Makers Year 2—”At the Keyboard”

Thursday @ 4:00 pm
Classes meet for 60 minutes / 15 weeks.

An introductory group keyboard class for young beginners. We will connect the child’s bodily understanding of beat, rhythm, and musical concepts to the piano while capitalizing on the child’s love of group music-making. We’ll stress improvisation and composition as a natural part of piano playing and further build the foundation for music literacy.

Cost: Tuition $165 (11.00 per class) / Materials $50
